I am a serious dog lover first, and a dog trainer second. I know from first-hand experience the difference companion dog training makes in the relationship between dog and owner. I believe developing the positive relationship between a dog and owner is the key to successful training. Without professional training it can sometimes be a frustrating relationship, but with an investment in good training and understanding a wonderful transformation will occur.

As a Certified Professional Dog Trainer- Knowledge Assessed (CPDT-KA), I am personally interested in helping you develop relationship building with your dog using benevolent attitude training methods to encourage your dog's desire to please. This basic obedience training method encourages a stronger bond between you and your best friend. All positive experiences with you should foster a trusting relationship between you and your dog for a progressive future enjoying your pet. We accomplish this, with you and your dog with private lessons. I do not use and do discourage the use of overtly aversive training tools such as choke, pinch or shock collars.
